While interviewing local concept store owners for my studies, I was offered the chance to supply my own homebrewed lemonade to a pop-up store in Rotterdam West, Stroop. My own product was born: “Dorst”*

To test out the different flavours, I conducted tasting sessions (qualitative user research with a lemony twist) to evaluate which of the 3 flavours was most popular. “Framblosje” (raspberry lemonade) was the clear winner.

I was lucky enough to supply Stroop for a year, before moving on to other projects.

*Meaning ”Thirst” in Dutch
